Why We Built This Site
Michigan gives the public a real measure of access to court information, yet the hard part is knowing which office holds the piece you need. A warrant does not sit in one place. The court that issues it sets the charge and the conditions; the Sheriff's Office serves the order and can say whether it is still open; and a bench warrant from a missed court date usually stays with the court that set the case.
Michigan also has no single public warrant search. The Law Enforcement Information Network is limited to authorized criminal-justice users, and the state criminal-history service states that it does not carry warrant information at all. So the practical route runs through the 85th District Court, the County Clerk, and the issuing agency. Check one office, come up empty, and it is easy to assume you are clear when you are not. This site pulls the contacts, the search starting points, and the request steps for Manistee County into one place so a reader can begin in the right spot.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Michigan court, sheriff's office, or state agency, and there are firm limits on what we can help with:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm that a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot recall, quash, or clear an order on any system
- We cannot accept bond or any other payment toward a case
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a walk-through appearance
- We cannot give legal advice or say how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot promise that every phone number, fee, or address on this site is current today
Only the court that issued a warrant or the sheriff's office that holds it can confirm whether it exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office; the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
A few pages here carry search boxes run by outside companies. Those providers set their own prices and run their own services, and when a query leads to a paid signup we may earn a referral fee. That revenue keeps this site free to read. We do not control what a partner charges, what its results contain, or how current its data is, and a partner result is never an official warrant check.
For anything that matters, use the Manistee County courts page and the Sheriff's Office site as your primary sources, and keep a written record of what each office tells you.
